At Branded Printers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our products and services.
Product Returns
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Eligible Items for Return
- New printers in unopened, original packaging
- Unopened ink cartridges and toner
- Printer accessories in original condition
- Cables and adapters in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used ink cartridges and toner
- Printers that have been used or opened (except for defects)
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Software downloads and digital products
Defective Products
Branded Printers Warranty
All Branded Printers come with our comprehensive warranty coverage. As the manufacturer, we stand behind our products and will handle all warranty claims directly.
Initial Defects
If a product is defective upon arrival or within the first 30 days, we will provide:
- Full refund if returned within 30 days
- Free exchange for the same model
- Credit toward a different model
- Free return shipping for defective items
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team:

- Include your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package
Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Check refunds are mailed within 7 business days
Refund Amounts
- Full Refund: Original purchase price minus any shipping charges
- Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items
- Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
Service Refunds
Installation Services
- Full refund if service is cancelled 24 hours before appointment
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment
- No refund for no-show appointments without prior notice
- Satisfaction guarantee: if not satisfied, we'll return to fix issues at no charge
Technical Support
- If we cannot resolve your issue, no charges apply
- Refunds available if support does not meet expectations
- Remote support sessions cancelled within first 10 minutes are not charged
Exchanges
Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective products within 30 days
- Wrong items shipped due to our error
- Damaged items received
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item due to our error:

- Rush delivery of the correct item at no charge
